About this project
A panel floor with a curved transition into tiling. We cut the curve to measure from a site survey so the joint runs exactly along the edge of the step. The transition has no threshold strip — timber and tiling sit in one plane, so there is nothing to trip on. The panels along the curve were cut one by one so the pattern does not end in a truncated field.
